FloraSoma was born from friendship and curiosity. Alecia Suzanne and Juliana came together with a shared question:

“How does what we create outside reflect what lives within?”

Their collaboration became a living practice — one rooted in floral design and grounded in embodied awareness. What began as an experiment continues to unfold as discovery uniting the intelligence of the body with the quiet beauty of flowers.

At the heart of FloraSoma lies The Embodied Floral Design™ Method — a way of creating that listens.

You’ll learn to notice what’s happening inside you as you work with flowers, and to let that awareness shape what takes form before you.

This method draws inspiration from Ikebana and Five Element Theory, blending them with the principles of embodiment. It invites you to move at the pace of your own breath, to sense the quiet shifts within, and to trust those sensations as part of the creative process.
